How It WorksApply Now
MentorWorks provides education financing for students through Income Sharing Agreements (ISAs) and provide networking opportunities with valuable mentors and employers.
High-value (accredited) investors and companies will invest in a pool of ISAs.
The ISAs entitle the holder to a certain percentage of the student’s future income for a limited period of time
This structure removes need-based default by triggering automatic deferments in the student income falls below a certain threshold (or unforeseen medical expenses or additional education).
Networking opportunities will enhance career prospects. This in turn will increase likelihood of higher investor returns.
Mentors will come from a pool of individuals who want to help students, corporate professionals that want greater access to a diverse talent pool. Investors could also be mentors, and so could students graduating from our program.
Upon graduating and landing a job, our students can become mentors and get discounts on their ISA payments. We build a network that you can tap into throughout your lifetime.
